Terms and Conditions

All our Products made by it'snicoledough are subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

Ingredients

• All breads may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts, or other allergens. 
• It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform me prior the the confirmation of their order of any allergy precautions.

Orders

• We prefer at least two (2) days notice for all sourdough orders, as the loaves are baked same day as pick up or delivery. We will however endeavor, where availability permits accept short notice orders. 

Unforeseen Circumstances 

• Where we cancel an order due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstance that affects the ability to deliver the ordered Product, the payment will be refunded within three (3) days of notification to the Customer. 

Final Payment and Pick Ups/Deliveries

• The balance is due on or before pickup/delivery date, and before Customer leaves with Product. 
• If paying by Venmo, payment must successfully go through before Customer leaves with Product. 

Deliveries

•  We offer delivery for certain destinations. Deliveries outside of West Anchorage is charged at our discretion. 
• Delivery will be carried out in a safe and appropriate manner. Once delivered to the Customer and change of hands has been completed, it is up to the Customer to store and care for the Product. If anything is to happen to the Product after this exchange, we are not liable for any damages. 
• A delivery date and time will be agreed upon by both parties, and if Customer is not at location at agreed upon time and date, Product will be left at location if it is a residence. If we are not able to contact the customer, and it is not a residence, the Product will be brought back to our premises and it will be the Customer's responsibility to collect the Product. 

Publication

• We reserve the right to use any image of a Product made by us for publication at a later date.
